**Return and Refund Policy for Physical Products**
Items that were damaged during shipping may be returned within 14 days of receipt. The customer must contact Uniquely Moore's Custom Designs to initiate the return process. Once the damaged item has been received by Uniquely Moore's Custom Designs, an exact item as the returned item will be sent to the customer. If the returned item is no longer available, a refund in the amount of the originally purchased item will be processed on the original form of payment.
Items that have been used or worn, no longer have the original tags or packaging, were ordered in error, or were broken due to misuse will not be eligible for return.
